I’m glad you’re interested in working with me.
A quick note about the blog: I’ve been writing about travel on travel-du.de for years—in a personal, honest, and firsthand way. The focus is on road trips and self-drive tours (often in a T3 camper), coastal and city trips in Europe, and everything that lies beyond the glossy brochures. No glossy marketing—just real experiences.
However, due to time constraints, I currently have to turn down many requests—and unfortunately, I’m also unable to respond to every single one. To save us both time, here’s an honest overview of what I can and can’t do:
I never do that:
- Link Building
- Third-Party Content on My Blog
- Sponsored Posts
- Tests of Online Tools
- Press Trips
- Social Media Partnerships
- Product reviews unrelated to the blog’s topic
I’m open to that (even if I sometimes have to decline due to time constraints):
- Interviews on Related Topics
- Product or hotel reviews, provided their content is relevant to the blog
- “Of course, I label any paid or sponsored content as advertising.”
- Requests from other bloggers who would like to get my opinion for an article
- Book inquiries—feel free to reach out if you have an idea. It’s a bit difficult right now due to time constraints, but maybe something will come up in the future.
Note
If you send me a collaboration request, please include the word “lighthouse” somewhere in your message. That way, I’ll know you’ve actually read this text. I automatically filter out all other requests.
It’s best to use the email address kooperation@travel-du.de for your inquiry. If you don’t hear back from me within two weeks, unfortunately that means no—please don’t hold it against me.
